Welcome to Fieldy

Fieldy is your AI-powered wearable assistant that captures, transcribes, and organizes your conversations in real-time. Tap “Start Transcribing” when you want Fieldy to listen and “End Transcribing” when you’re done. The app transforms spoken words into transcripts, summaries, and searchable conversations, so you never miss an important detail.

Core Features

Transcribing a Conversation

Tap “Start Transcribing” on the Home screen to begin. A full-screen view shows the live status, a timer, and the transcript as Fieldy listens. When you’re finished, tap “End Transcribing”. Each conversation is saved on its own and can be up to 3 hours long; Fieldy stops and saves automatically at the limit.

After you stop, the conversation card works through a few short processing steps (“Sending to Private Cloud”, “Transcribing”, then “Generating Title”) before the final title appears. Longer conversations spend longer on “Transcribing”, so there’s nothing to do while these steps run.

Summaries

Summaries are created on demand. Open a conversation and tap “Summarize” (you can pick a summary format first) and Fieldy generates the summary for that conversation. Transcripts and titles are always created for you; the summary appears once you tap Summarize.

Conversations & Transcriptions

View, search, and manage all your transcribed conversations. Fieldy transcribes speech in real time, identifies multiple speakers, and organizes everything by date.

Speaker Profile

Set up your voice profile so Fieldy can recognize you in transcriptions. Your speech will be clearly marked, making transcripts easier to follow in group settings.

Sharing Conversations

Once a conversation has a summary, you can share it so others can benefit from what was discussed.

Your conversations are never shared with anyone unless you create a link yourself. Fieldy does not send conversations to people who were in the room.

A share link covers one conversation: its title, date, summary, and transcript. Shared pages are excluded from search engines. Anyone with the link can open it, so treat the link as the key.

How to share

1. Open the conversation you want to share.
2. Tap or click Share.
3. Tap Share Link, then send it through your phone’s share sheet or paste it wherever you need it.

Sharing becomes available after you create a summary. If Share isn’t available yet, open the conversation and tap Summarize first.

Controlling access

After you share, the button changes to Shared. Tap it to manage the link:

• Share Link: send the same link again
• Make Private: turn the link off; anyone with it loses access immediately

Making a link private doesn’t delete it. If you share the conversation again later, the same link starts working again.

What does someone else see?

The link opens in any browser, no app required. Recipients can:

1. Read the summary
2. Expand and read the transcript
3. Ask questions about that conversation (requires a free Fieldy account)

They can only see the conversation you shared (not the rest of your account), and they can’t edit it. Reading the summary and transcript does not require an account.

Copy and export

Use the ⋯ menu next to Share for other ways to take content out of Fieldy:

• Export as File: save the conversation as a file
• Copy Transcript: copy the full transcript to paste into Slack, Notion, Obsidian, email, or docs

Can’t open a shared link?

If the page says the conversation was made private, the owner has switched the link off. Use Request access to notify them. Only they can turn it back on.

If the page isn’t found, the link may be mistyped or the conversation was deleted. Ask the sender for a fresh link.

Advanced Features

AI Chat

Ask questions about any conversation. Open one and use “Ask / Search” to find specific details, dig into what was discussed, or recall decisions. Answers are scoped to that conversation, so they stay precise and relevant.

Custom Templates

Create personalized summary formats for different use cases: medical notes, sales calls, meeting minutes, and more.

Integrations

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook to automatically link transcriptions to your events. Summaries are added to event notes, and conversations are easy to find.

Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants

Fieldy is a one-tap connector in Claude and a listed app in ChatGPT. Connect once and your assistant can search your conversations, summaries, and transcripts. In the app, go to Settings, Integrations and look under AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Other MCP client each have a connect button. Any MCP client can also connect through https://api.fieldy.ai/mcp.

Desktop App

Transcribe Zoom, Teams, or Slack calls directly from your computer. Use the same email to see your wearable and desktop transcripts in one place.

Privacy & Security

• No Audio Storage: Raw audio is deleted after transcriptions are extracted.
• End-to-End Encryption: Your data is private and secure.
• User Control: Delete any conversation or task permanently at any time.

Help & Support

Troubleshooting

A couple of conversation-card states are worth knowing:

• “No speech detected”: the conversation didn’t contain any detectable speech. This isn’t an error; there was simply nothing to transcribe.
• “Failed” with a Retry button: processing didn’t complete. Tap Retry on the card; if it keeps failing, contact support.
• No title yet: the conversation is still processing. The transcript and title appear first; the summary is created only when you tap Summarize.
