Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. Return shipping is not free.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• There is no restocking fee for returned items.
• A return label will be emailed within 1-4 business days after the return is approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

Gift Cards

Fieldy Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. By purchasing a gift card, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Gift cards are delivered electronically and include instructions for redemption at checkout.
• Gift cards do not expire and carry no additional fees.
• Gift cards may only be redeemed on fieldy.ai for eligible products and services.
• Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes.
• Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
• If a gift card is obtained through fraud or other unauthorized means, we reserve the right to void the gift card without refund.
• Any unused gift card balance remains available until redeemed and is non-refundable.
