We offer a 14-day return period for most items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Gift Cards

Fieldy Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. By purchasing a gift card, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Gift cards are delivered electronically and include instructions for redemption at checkout.
  • Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and carry no additional fees.
  • Gift cards may only be redeemed on fieldy.ai for eligible products and services.
  • Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes.
  • Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
  • If a gift card is obtained through fraud or other unauthorized means, we reserve the right to void the gift card without refund.
  • Any unused gift card balance will be forfeited upon expiration and is non-refundable.
